You retain ownership of your original artwork and materials. Cairl Welch Jr retains copyright in the design work created, which is licensed to you for personal or organizational use as specified in your agreement.

Your project materials and information are treated as confidential and never shared outside the scope of your project without your consent.

Services are advisory and creative in nature. No guarantee is made of specific results, audience growth, or earnings. By using this service, you acknowledge responsibility for your own business or creative outcomes.
